Cancellation Policy

• If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total
• If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit
• If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit
• If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit

Conditions

• * Cardholder, ID/ Passport is required at check-in.
• * The credit card used for the online deosit must be present at check-in
• Deposits needed before we book the rooms, no 50% depsit no booking
• A one night stay is not refundable
• 100% deposit is required for a one-night stay
• Check-in at 14:00 and Check out at 10:00
• A 50% deposit is required for any amount of days booked exceeding 1 day
• Amendments to bookings will be managed on a per case basis at the discretion of the directors
• Payment options available are Credit Card or EFT
